LITTLE MOON
Lisa & Bruce just got their paws on their first vintage trailer, a 1958 Aristocrat. Only 14 feet in length, it’s dream is to become a mobile concession trailer that will allow Blue Moon to hit the road and offer some tasty cuisine. It’s only a shell for now, but we’ll keep you posted on its progress.
BLUE MOON COOKING CLASS (The Pueblan Table)
Our guest chef, Rory Farrow from “Please The Palate” will be offering a cooking class at the yurt on March 26th, 2011. She has hosted cooking travel adventures in Italy, Spain, Morocco and Mexico. Thirty five years in the business has given her an array of experiences. From a restauranteur, to traveling the world, her immense knowledge of flavors is only matched by her infectious personality. Rory lives part time in Mexico surrounded by the culinary belly of Mexican cuisine. She will share recipes, demonstrate cooking techniques and serve up a fabulous five course meal. Call for details.
